Why HR

I came into HR because I kept noticing the same thing in every team I worked with — what people achieve has less to do with talent and more to do with whether they feel seen, supported, and set up to do their best work. That's the work I care about: building the quiet systems behind teams that actually trust each other. Less policy, more people.
